Has diversified 20+ year experience within all aspects of sell-side and buy-side equities business, including corporate finance, M&A advisory, equity research, equity sales, trading/execution, and general business launch/set-up and management; have some capacity and looking to compliment my existing portfolio of part-time consulting/advisory projects.
Michael is Chairman of the NAIMA Hedge Fund Committee. He is a US citizen of Russian background, and while born and educated in the US, has spent the bulk of his professional career in Russia. For the past few years he has been an independent consultant helping local clients properly structure and launch alternative investment fund structures, including hedge funds, PE funds and family offices; as part of this work, he represents APEX Fund Services in Russia and the CIS; before going off on his own, Michael spent over 15 years working in a wide array of different capacities in the investment banking industry for both international financial services companies (ABN Amro, FIM Group) and local banks and boutique investment firms (Alfa Bank, Sovlink Securities, AIOC Capital).

Adrian Parkinson
CFO, UFG Asset Management
Adrian Parkinson joined UFG Asset Management (UFG) in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Parkinson has worked over 20 years in the Alternative Asset Management sector both with UFG and Delta Private Equity Partners (DPEP) where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Parkinson is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He graduated with Honors from Loughborough University, England, majoring in Accounting and Financial Management.
