Join our evening master class with a guest lecturer from Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), London, UK, Kath Burlinson.
For women in business, sustaining belief in ability and demonstrating confidence when operating at a senior level can pose specific challenges. By examining the power of physicality, voice and language, participants will reflect on their current communication style and learn tools and strategies to use these attributes to affect the attitude and behaviours of those around them, including key stakeholders. Key skills and techniques will be examined in how to maximise impact, hold the space and find a voice to show up, and step into the spotlight with greater presence. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the type of communicator they are and the type of communicator they can become.

Kath Burlinson
Kath Burlinson is a communications skills coach with extensive experience of leading training and developement programmes. Kath's work supports individuals to increase personal Impact, authenticity and presence. She has delivered speaker training for conferences at executive and CEO level and brings her skills as a professional theatre director to working practically with business people.
Kath's background includes eight years lecturing at the University of Southhampton, co-founding and running an internationally touring theatre company, and founding a national workshop programme, the Authentic Artist. She has worked in artistic, educational and business contexts in the UK, USA, Canada, Russia, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Ireland, the Netherlands and Australia.
Kath's clients include: Goldman Sach Global Leadership Programme, Greene King, Digital Europe, Capgemini, Oxera, and many others.
