Associate members have all the benefits of regular membership, except that they cannot vote, sponsor individuals for membership, and cannot be members of CFA Institute.

The board of directors of CFA Association Russia reserves the right to request additional information related to applicant's professional activities. In case the board decides that the person should be refused membership, any current year dues already paid will be refunded.
