As a member of CFA Association Russia, you are kindly invited to the 2021 Annual General Meeting and the election of CFA Russia`s Board of Directors for the year 2021.

This year's event will take place online via ZOOM between 7 PM and 9 PM on Thursday, March 4, 2021. Invitations will be sent to all registered guests.

Based on the nominations that we received for board membership so far, the following candidates are to constitute the Board of Directors of CFA Association Russia in 2021 (more self-nominations can be accepted at office@cfarussia.ru within a week):

During the Annual General Meeting, the following board officers/executives will present on the areas of CFA Russia's activities:

• Maria Kharlashkina, Strategic Objectives of CFA Association Russia for the years 2021-2022.
• Anton Shpuntov, Key Financial Highlights 2020-2021.
• Vladimir Tutkevich, Executive director, Major Activities and Plans for 2020-2021.

During the meeting, committee officers' roles will be distributed, and the date for the next meeting of the Board will be decided. Note that the Board of Directors holds the meetings on the monthly basis.
